***28 weeks down ~ 12 to go :)***

I was actually 28 weeks on Sunday 11/2/08 buuuut bc of getting Eli's room all ready and getting the paint done and everything else up, we got a lil behind hehe:)

Things have been going great! I go to the Dr tomorrow to do the drink test to see if I have gestational diabetes. Pretty nervous bout that, but we will have to do what we can do and that is all there is to it! Whatever I have to, I am definitely doing for this sweet baby boy! I can't believe I almost have 11 weeks left! Once the holidays get here time is going to absolutely fllllly. I am not in my third trimester also:) I haven't noticed much of a change yeeeet but from what I hear from previous preggo's... it doesn't get too fun towards the end haha! Ohhh well though it is all totally worth it fooooor sure:)

My sweet lil SHpot (Amber Kashner haha) finished painting in Eli's room last night and it looks sooooo good!!!!! She did a great job, is such a great friend, and it was so sweet of her to buy the paint and paint his room for us as a gift to us!!!! I owe you big time girly!!!! Thanks sooooo much for doing this for us and offering to do it for us! Noah and I both love the room soooo much and thank you a ton for everything!!!:) Noah and I are going to put Eli's crib and some wall hangings up tomorrow evening, and everything will be set to go eeeek so excited!!! There are some pics of Eli's room as you can see:) The walls are Chinese Porcelain blue and on the wall his crib is going to be by, she painted stripes of the same color, but one stripe in semi gloss (like the entire room) and the other stripe flat and then put tan lines down the stripes too! It is sooo neat!!! Eeeek I sound like a little kid at Christmas time :)

I had my first baby shower #1 for a family baby shower on Saturday 11/1/08. It was soooo much fun and such a great time!!!! I got so many wonderful gifts from people and it all makes it even more real and very exciting! Eli got a lot of cute cute onesies and clothes, his high chair (which we got 3 of bc they didn't cross it off of the registry haha so we have to take 2 back), pack n play, pacifiers, bath stuff, diaper bags, cute hats and socks, and alll kinds of stuff:):) I am so thankful for everything we got and appreciate it all so much from everyone and for coming to my shower toooo:) Thanks so much to all my great sisters too-- who threw the shower for me! You all are so great and I love you all so much!!!!! Shower #2 is coming up... November 15th-- hehe it's my friend baby shower that I am excited about as well:)
