***Cute note from Grandpa*** :]

This is a little note from Grandpa Zehr :] The workers are building his new IGA grocery store in Mackinaw at this time and it is very neat to see how far they have come each day! However, with all the rain, it has caused some problems, as well as Brett finding out last week that one of the businesses he is buying cases from have went out of business, so he is working on these problems to be solved hopefully very soon. In the meantime, one special little boy is helping him out ;]

Here is the little note Grandpa wrote...

"As many of you may know, there have been issues with the building site. The rain has put the opening date behind almost three weeks now and the company that we are buying our cases from has decided to go out of business. With all of this in mind, today, I put a person in place to oversee everything that is taking place at the building site. I completely trust Peoria Metro and every other contractor that is working on this project, but I believe this person will very closely keep an eye on all of them. I have only known him for about four months but he has yet to disappoint me. He always keeps a keen eye and appears to be very good with his hands. He is very voicetrous, and honestly, when people are around him....they listen. He is not easily intimidated as he sometimes will belch or even pass gas and never once have I heard him apologize. He does have a tendency to drink quite often, but never shows any disrespect and I have yet....to hear him say one bad thing afterward. There is something about him that makes me feel at peace when he is in the room. He seems to work tirelessly and not even for my benefit to bring the things that are going on to the people around him, into complete perspective. If you happen to see him at the office don't be afraid to give him a message for me, for he can surely keep a secret. I have told him many things and I have yet to hear him repeat what I have said to him to anyone else. If you haven't met him yet, here is a pic of him in my office watching very closely to what is going on at the building site."



*This is Eli at Grandpa's office yesterday while Mommy and Daddy were at work. He is looking out of Grandpa's office at the workers and new store hahaha LOVE it* :]
