***Happy 4th and Exciting News*** :]

What a great weekend we had!!!! First- it was Eli's FIRST 4th of July! We went to see fireworks at Glen Oak Park in Peoria on Friday night and they were wonderful! Eli loved the fireworks too! He actually squealed and got mad once when a firework wasn't in the sky! It was so funny- people turned around and looked at him and laughed haha! He loved them though, and not one bit of any sounds made him cry or scared. I was so excited to see this and Noah and I loved to watch him look at the fireworks too- so cute! Eli usually goes to bed at 9pm so he was over his bed time that night- but he crashed the minute we got in the car to go home! We also went and watched fireworks Saturday night too. We just stayed in Mackinaw and watched those and Eli was so tired he fell asleep during them haha! So we took him in to bed, the poor lil guy! We had a great weekend though- it was all soooo much fun!!!!







I will say also, Eli is getting to be such a big boy! This weekend we also went to Toys R Us and got Eli a big boy car seat because he is tooooo long for the infant car seat, and not to mention- too heavy! I can't believe he is in a big boy car seat now though- CRAZY how fast he is growing and how he is going to be 6 months in 10 days! (eeek which also means 6 month pics will be very soon!!!) Where does the time go? (Pics of him in his big boy car seat will be up soon- don't you worry ha!) ;]

Eli also rolled over from his back to his tummy this weekend as well. I was changing his diaper on the floor in our bed room and went to go get some wipes and when I came back he was on his belly!!!! I screamed hahaha. Noah was like "what is going on?" and when I told him how Eli rolled over he was pretty thrilled himself :] You can also see Eli's 2 bottom teeth coming through his gums as well. The one on the right has actually popped through a lil and the sucker is going to be sharp! I tried to get a pic to show you all but he kept putting his tounge over it hahaha so I didn't think a pic of his tounge would be all that neat ha!

This weekend made me realize EVEN more how our lil man is just learning things so fast and it happens unexpected sometimes but is so awesome! I am turning into such a sap too because I got teary-eyed when we bought the big boy car seat, and I also did when I saw how he rolled over! I flipped out (in a good way) when I felt his lil piece of his toofers coming through too. It is just so amazing to Noah and I :] He is such a great lil boy.... we love him sooooooo much and that loves is amazing and grows so much more each and everyday <3

OH and just wanted to share- this is my 100th post!!! Yay for me for being such a blog addict and loving every second of it eeek! :]
