***Our Christmas Day 2009***

Our Christmas Day started at 6am :] I was actually the first one up, waiting very inpatiently for Eli to wake up haha! You woulda thought I was the lil kid but really I was just so excited for our first Christmas together as a lil family and of course for Eli's first Christmas too :]

Eli woke up and the look on his face said "why is my Mommy so wired this morning and why is it taking so long for Daddy to get out of bed?" Hahaha! But we did the job and got Daddy up with no problems because he was very excited too!

We decided to put all of Eli's presents under the tree in our room and decided also that we want to do that every single year with Eli and future kiddos! It was such a great family bonding time!!! Eli did great opening presents, but the more toys he opened, the more he wanted to play with them and the boxes!!! He then needed a break between opening gifts to have a "ba ba ba ba" and eat some fruit loops (his daily routine of eating something for breakfast with his morning ba ba everyday!) We got up in good timing, so we were not rushed at all and helped our lil man out with his hunger :] We even brought the container of fruit loops in the bedroom with us too hahaha! We really enjoyed our time with lil Eli so much! He really loved his lil drum set we got him... I mean Santa got him hehe... and he really liked Barney the Dinosaur too! The pics of his face were so priceless!!!! He looooves that show- it's so funny how he stares at the TV and gets so excited when it comes on!

Noah and I also opened our gifts! Noah was so wonderful to me and shouldn't have been that wonderful because he bought me paint to paint our bathroom and kitchen and I told him not to get me anything else. He had me believing he got me stocking stuffers and then brought in a pile of presents! I felt so bad but it was soooo nice of him and I love him so much! He got me a PINK Roethlisberger Steelers jersey (see below haha) and then some PINK PJ pants too (see below haha I put both of them on right away!) Him and Eli also got me 2 willow trees that I love so much (I collect them)and one of them is a lil boy holding a balloon that says "Birthday Boy" that I adore so much!!! And then some Amber Romance perfume and lotion from Victoria Secret! He had warm fuzzy socks in my stocking with a cute PINK Harley Davidson collar for Belle :] I love it alllll and thank him so so so much! He's the best evvvvver <3<3

Noah opened his gifts from Eli and me too and loved them all! He kept thanking me over and over- it was so cute but he deserves everything and more! Eli and I got him Harley Davidson floor mats for his truck, golf balls, a gift card to a golf course, Cardinals shirts, shirts for work, and his Harley Davidson calendar I get him every year!! In his stocking I put a pack of white socks (bc I always steal his hahaha) and some boxers (bc he always says his disappear somehow!) I also put candy and beef jerky (his fave!) We had such a wonderful time together!!! I love my boys more then any words can explain! I am soooo happy and I can just do everything with their amazing love and that is all I need- but I appreciate the wonderful gifts from them and loved watching them both open their gifts!!! Being with them is so special to me and I am one lucky girl! I love them so much!

*These are all out of order FYI :] We put the cute blue dog and shoes in his stocking too- he kept saying DOG DOG DOG hahaha!*

After we all got ready we went to Noah's parents' house for their family Christmas morning at 10am. We all opened gifts from each other and had a great time! Eli got very tired of opening gifts so I did a lot of it haha and he loved loved the farm house toy he got from Aunt Lydia and all of his other toys from Grandma and Grandpa too! He got a lot of Barney and Veggie Tales DVD's from Aunt Molly and Aunt Emily too! We weren't able to stay there too long because we had my Grams' Christmas at noon for lunch! We headed there after Noah's parents and Eli fell asleep on the way and slept a good 45 minutes total (which was his entire nap for the day!) He got a lot of clothes, PJ's, and sippy cups from Grams and we thank her so much!!! He also got a wagon from her and I am soooo excited for that as well!!!! I can't wait until the SPRING to use it! It has 2 seats and drink holders in it too hahaha! He loved being pulled around in it just inside the house! He also really loved to watch the snow outside too! He was so amazed to watch it fall to the ground! When he opened gifts he once again was so amazed with the boxes and was starting to really study the paper and unwrapping the presents! It was priceless :]

After all the gifts we played our tradition of "the white elephant" game. That is always so much fun to play and to see what everyone ends up getting/stealing from each other. The good thing for Noah and I is that we got to play for Eli too haha so we got to choose what gift we wanted to take for him :] We ended up with an air wick motion sensor spray thing, stuffed boobies to hang on your mirror (my bro turns 16 in July- this will be our present to him hahahaha), a big bucket of margarita mix, and a vanilla candle that smells so good! What a mix of gifts- huh? It is so much fun though!

I love my family so much and thank God everyday for blessing me with such a great life and family. I do not no where I'd be without my hubby and lil boy! Noah's love for me has always been so wonderful and he shows me that every single day! Our lil boy is the best gift to us and we are so blessed and thankful for him! I love the way he already shows us love too- it's just so so wonderful! He is so much fun and was adorable on his first Christmas!!!! :] He is such a good boy and is growing up soooo fast!!! He is becoming so independent anymore but still needs his Mommy at times too- and of couse his Daddy too. This is kinda hard on this Mama but I know it is the best for him and he is just always so happy and still will always love his Mama and Daddy no matter what! He is learning so much and looks like a lil toddler. He is going to be ONE in 19 days- how crazy!!!! We have everything all ready for his birthday though and it is going to be so much fun! We are doing an "all-star" theme and his shirt is also very cute for his big day too! I am very excited for his cake... my friend Tawnya is making it and it is going to look like this- (only with Eli's name of course and the CARDINALS and not the stinky poo CUBS!)
*Isn't this a-mazing??? I just love her talent and can't wait!*

On another note- no more January babies haha! It is too close to Christmas and of course he is a lil kid and we are going to buy him clothes and toys when we want to (which is a lot ha) but since his bday is so close to Christmas... I'm stumped on where we are going to have much more room for anymore stuff hahaha! BUT it will all work out and we will make it fit! :] BUT anyway- I am getting distracted and this blog post is way too long... so I am going to end it here! I had a great and very busy Christmas and couldn't have asked for a better family!!!! LOVE YOU SO MUCH AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! Here are some more pics of our day :]
*He loved this flash light out of all things haha! He was following the light on the ceiling from it- hilarious!*

*He was such a tired lil guy*

*SNOOOOOW*

*I.love.my.family* :]
