*** Oh the things that Mommys do sometimes *** :]

Yesterday I just had Rylie and Wyatt at my house for the day and so I decided… “hey- I can fit 3 kids in the back seat of my car… let’s go do something fun!" I decided we could go get lunch somewhere. I just want to mention also that Noah and I have talked about getting a big swing set for our yard in the Spring for Eli and all the kids. I can't wait- it will be cute to see them all play! Not to mention- I looove sitting outside and can't wait for warm weather! :]

But anyway, here I go rambling, and I am going to get back to what we did yesterday now haha! Rylie had school in the morning for 2.5 hours, and so when it was time to pick her up I got the boys all bundled up and put in their car seats and went and got Rylie at pre-school! When I was getting her all buckled into her car sear I said… “Guess what Rylie… we are going to go get lunch somewhere.” And in her exact excited words back she says… “Jess I just want to go somewhere special.” Hahaha! That gave me a laugh- she’s 3.5 years old and knows to say that… too funny! SO off to McDonalds we went!

Eli, Wyatt, and Rylie were sooooo good the whole entire time. They all ate very well, and then Rylie and Wyatt were able to go and play in the tunnels and slides too and did very well together! Poor lil Eli kept eyeing the tunnels and slides and looking at me like “Come on Mommy- I want to go too.” So of course we tried it out. I sat there lookin around at the other adults thinkin “would they think I am crazy if I, myself, took Eli through the tunnels and down the slide??” Then I thought- oh what the heck, WHO CARES! So I took him through the tunnels and down the slide, which led to him wanting me to do it again with him. HILARIOUS is the word for all of this! I prolly looked like a fool- but it was so much fun and so cute to see how excited he got and how much he would laugh and giggle the entire time! He wouldn’t crawl through without me helping him… guess he was too scared! In the tunnel it was Rylie in front of us, Eli and I, and Wyatt close behind and we all went down the slide together… haha! I’m prolly lucky the McDonalds employees didn’t kick me out :] But what can I say- he enjoyed it and loved it so much, and Rylie and Wyatt loved it too, so that is all that matters to me :] (Of course I had my camera in my purse and left the battery to it charging at home GUH- so no pics on that fun adventure UGH)

After playing for quite some time- Rylie and Wyatt got very tired. They were all good- so I bought one ice cream sundae to share between the three of them and then we headed for home. Wyatt wasn’t a big fan of the ice cream, Rylie loved it and wanted it for herself haha, and Eli kept sayin “mmmm ma mmmm ma” (this is his phrase for yum haha) and he kept tryin to direct the spoon towards my mouth! It was so precious :] His new thing these days is to feed his food to Noah and I- and he thinks it is the funniest thing ever- I love my lil boy so much! Who would ever guess that on the way home Rylie and Wyatt crashed and then slept for 2 hours when we got home and Eli was wide-eyed the whole car ride home... and he was awake the rest of the day until he went to bed at 9pm ish! I wish I had that energy!!!

Wow- novel time for me I spose :] Oh well… another thing I just have to add in here is the stupidest comment thrown at me while we were in McDonalds. Some McDonalds worker looked at me and then looked at Wyatt and Eli and said, “twins?” I said “No they are 5 months a part and…” she then cut me off and went “OMG THAT IS CRAZY!” and I said “well actually I babysit this one” and pointed to Wyatt! She goes “ohhhhhh ok I thought they were both yours.” OK first off lady- they look NOTHING alike to be twins… second off- YOU CAN’T HAVE YOUR OWN BABIES 5 MONTHS A PART- IT’S IMPOSSIBLE… please do me a favor and get.a.brain :]
