*** So, what did I do this weekend? ***

Instead of going outside yesterday and enjoying the warmer weather and taking Eli on a walk in his wagon . . . I was stuck in the house on the couch. Why was this? Because I woke up Saturday morning at 12am and literally threw up 10 times between midnight and 5:30am. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I was flippin out a lil because I'm preggo and never ever had the stomach flu when I was pregnant with Eli-- so I was a bit scared. Noah insisted on taking me to the hospital at 3am . . . but instead I called my Nurse on call from Dr. Dameron's office (hated to wake her up at 3am but also hated to see anything bad happen to my baby even more). She told me that the stomach flu can not hurt your baby, just as long as you do not get dehydrated. She told me to try eating crackers and water at like 5am and if I couldn't even keep that down . . . I needed to go to the hospital because I don't want to take the chance of getting dehydrated. SO as I was instructed, I ate 2 crackers and a small amount of water at 5am and by 5:30, ralph #10 was done and over with. By this time I had moved to the living room couch so I didn't keep Noah awake, and I was too weak to get off the couch and wake Noah-- so I called Noah's parents and they came over and got him up for me and sat with Eli while we headed to OSF in Peoria.

Come to find out- I was getting dehydrated so THANK GOODNESS we left for the hospital when we did. I threw up one more time at the hospital and kept asking if my baby was alright-- because I am a worry wart like that. They did our first sonogram of baby that Noah and I both saw and baby is doing great!!! The lil heart beat is so neat to see- I just love it!!!! Baby is already getting so big too- it made me feel soooo good to know the baby is okay! They then hooked me up to 2 bags of fluid to help me not be dehydrated and to give baby nutrients. That stuff literally kicked him 10 minutes later and I felt soooo good. We were there for a total of 4 hours and home by 10:15am. They sent me home with some meds to take every 12 hours if needed. We got home and Eli had been awake for 2 hours and was watching Elmo. He was so happy to see us but knew something was wrong with me, he had the most concerned look on his face ever and it made me feel so sad to see him so concerned. He was such a good boy though and Noah was so good to me and helpin with Eli all day. They both made my day so much better... life is so good even when you are under the weather!! I'm so so so thankful for them and that my sweet baby is doing good <3

NOW I pray that Noah and Eli stay healthy!!!! I hope so much they do not get this. I have been spraying lysol like crazy all over this house!!! I am kinda worrying already if Eli gets it because he is so young. I am prepared though for him and Noah both just in case! We got juices and sprite and the whole 9 yards. I will literally flip the freak out though if Eli gets this!! Today I am feeling better, but not the best still. I got up and moved around and cleaned a little and Eli followed me everywhere- it was precious :] I have no kids coming tomorrow JUST in case- I would hate so much for any of them to get sick. I would feel terrible!!! SO I plan to take it easy again tomorrow and will be good to go Tuesday! Noah is going to be out of state for work Tuesday and Wednesday this week so PRAY TO KEEP HIM HEALTHY!!!!

My 10 week preggo pic should be up sometime soon. I am a lil behind due to this unexpected flu I pray and hope to never ever have to go through again!!! Good news though- I will be fine!!!! :]
