*** Big Boy Bed... say whaaaat!? ***

Well it's official my friends- we put Eli's big boy bed in his room this evening. I went back and forth debating if we should or not just because I am an emotional mess about it... but so far he has done very well and has been sound asleep! I know he is ready for this too- he has been banging his head and legs on the crib bars and needed more bed space and I can't say I blame him one bit! While Noah put his bed together I kept saying "this is your big boy bed" and Noah would say it too and he got so excited and happy! When it was all put together he got up there and jumped and threw pillows and was soooo stinkin excited! He even told us nigh nigh at one point too haha and was askin for a drink! Too funny! The bed he is using is a twin size bed that my Dad made! I used the bed up until I moved out of my parents' house and in with Noah!! So I find that very awesome and special to me :] I can't believe he is big enough for this! I am a sappy Mama about it- but at the same time... it hit me about a month ago harder that he is a toddler now! It is just crazy how fast time flies by! We still have the crib in his room in case he wants to use it and gets upset but we are going to move it to Zacary's room soon and so far- it has been a great sleeping night for him! So proud of my baby boy... I layed in bed and cried (tears of joy and just bc I am a sap) over this. I am so proud of how great of a boy he is and just to be his Mommy in general... he's wonderful! SO proud of you all the time lil man! I can't believe this time is here though... what a big boy!
