Here is sweet Zacary at one week old-
He is doing sooo wonderful! He looks more and more like Eli!! He is sleeping so good at night. Since we have been home he has gotten up 1 or 2 times in the night and that is all!! He is very content and is starting to be awake more during the day which we love of course. We love to cuddle with him and he loves to be held! He is a lil snuggler it's so cute! His belly button just all the way fell off this morning so tonight when Daddy is home we will have his first bath and pics will be coming to follow haha! He hates having no clothes on when we are changing his clothes in the mornings (can't say I blame him) so I am wondering how he will do with a bath! He is a sweetheart! Eli is such a sweet lil man too. He is doing great and loves on Noah and I and his new baby brother all the time. He always wants to give kisses to Zacary and has already tried to pick him up haha! I didn't think he would try to pick him up quite yet- but he loves him so much that he has tried when Zacary was on my lap or Noah's lap! Eli is also Mommy's good lil helper too- he loves to get me diapers for Zacary and when Zacary cries Eli says "Mama Mama baba" and he knows Zacary needs to be fed! How cute!!! He has been such a good big brother! Sometimes when he sees Zacary has a binky in he wants his so we have gave in since it was our first week with Zacary but things will get back on track with that- he has already done a lot better about it today with just me and the boys here! I couldn't ask for things to go any better then they are- I wasn't worried to begin with... but it's such an amazing feeling to feel so much love for my 2 lil boys! Being parents is so wonderful and I love them both so so much and would do anything in the world for them!
Noah went back to work today and we so miss him! Things are going great with me being home with the boys all day and getting back in the routine of that etc- but we do miss him since he was home with us for 10 days! He is such a good daddy and hubby- always willing to help out and do what he can for all of us- I just love him so much! Both boys are napping right now and I am sitting here blogging, facebooking, and watching Days of Our Lives ha! I plan to take the boys out on a walk when they wake up and Eli has a snack and Zacary a bottle! My lil Zacary is eating 3 ounces at each bottle now and eats every 2 to 3 hours during the day and seems to go longer periods at night- he is a sweet lil piglet but better to be healthy for sure!!!! So far he has not been a baby that spits up too! It is a very nice day today- sunny and 80's... perfect day for a walk for sure and to get some fresh air! I need to get into the swing of losing the remaining 13 lbs I have left to lose of baby weight too- I am determined to LOSE IT ALL!
Lil Zacary is smiling already and it's so so sweet!!! He had his first day out on the town when he was a week old. We went to Uncle Josiah's graduation that was real short and then to dinner that evening with Aunt Kt and "Uncle" Michael! They were also visiting this weekend and we had so much fun with them!!!!! I wish they lived down here- my sister and I are so close and always will be and I just love it! We decided to wait until Zacary was a week old to take him out anywhere. He did great too!!! We waited for Eli to be 2 weeks old BUT it was also below freezing out when he was born. GA weather is sunny and 80's and perfect!
Eli loves playing drums and has broke his 2 drum sets we bought real cheap that were made of plastic so Noah's parents brought a part of Noah's drum set with them to our house and we sat it up for Eli! He loves to play it and it is sooo cute that he is gunna be a lil drummer someday! He also hits the drums very gentle now too and is getting better about how hard he hits them ha! He likes to play "take me out to the ball game" and have me hold a bat and swing it while he is playing it haha! He also likes to play "Mr. Knickerbocker" from Barney so has his Barney sit on his drums and hits his mouth when he does the "I like the way that you boppity bop with your mouth" hahaha! And of course we do this when Baby Zacary is sleeping and we lay him in Eli's bed to sleep while he gently plays the drums and sings- it's absolutely adorable :] I will hafta get a pic sometime soon also bc yesterday I was gently having Zacary dance for Eli and shaking his tush and Eli thinks it is the funniest thing ever! He thinks it is so funny to see him dance, do the hot dog dance ha, and he has even wanted Zacary to touch his belly button hahaha! I just love life soooooo much <3 Here are some pics of both boys from this week-
OH and yes a bit about myself- on Saturday I went with my sister when the boys were napping and Noah stayed with them at home and got my NOSE PIERCED and I love it!!! Noah gave me a visa gift card to get it done for my birthday so I did this weekend! It did not hurt onnnne bit and I have a small stud in that I will always wear because I don't want a big stud to where it looks weird! BUT anyway- in case you want to see it here's a pic :] Thank you Noah Bob so much- you are the best hubby and I love you <3
And while this post is a novel hahaha- check out how much Eli and Zacary look alike- even in the same outfit haha! Eli wore this outfit at 2 weeks and Zacary wore this outfit at 1 week- how stinkin precious <3 I love them both sooo much!!
