Zacary has such a cute personality that reminds me of Eli’s so much! They are both great babies and so so so funny all the time! I laugh and laugh at them both every single day whether it is over something funny Zacary does, a funny face he does, the things Eli says and does- just anything makes me smile and laugh so much- I love it! I think Zacary is going to be a lot like Eli but he is more active then Eli was for sure! Eli never was into everything bad at all and I think once Zacary is on the go- he is gunna be into everything haha! I say this b/c he can not even crawl yet and he rolls and turns to make his way to places and pushes doors open with all his might, grabs anything he can get his hands on etc and it is very cute and fun to watch him move around and look so cute for sure- just need to prepare myself for a very busy baby once he is on the go :]
Zacary loves laughing out loud, making all kinds of noises, coughing on purpose, and also making a paaaaaa noise haha! He squeals and laughs so much and it is so so so cute- I just love it! He gets so excited he will kick his feet and get his arms to flyin too and it just melts my heart! Every morning when he wakes up and sees me his whole face lights up and he is so ready to get out of the crib and spend some time with Mama while we wait on brother to wake up! He is just so darn precious and cute :] His whole face lights up when he sees Eli for the first time every day too and also when Noah gets home from work. He loves being with us for sure which is always good haha- he definitely shows a lot of emotion to us and it makes ya feel so darn good! I love my lil family so much- they are all amazing to me :]
Zacary is wearing size 6-9 clothes and size 3 diapers! We go on Monday morning the 28th for his 6 month check up and poor poor poor shots :[ I just haaaate those things every single time! Zacary loves to play with his feet, jump in his jumperoo, watch Mickey Mouse clubhouse with his wonderful big brother, and also stand in a walker too! Sometimes he thinks the walker is his jumperoo and gets to jumpin and it is so adorable! He love love loves to still use his baby swing and the outside swing set swing too- he is so relaxed and smiley and enjoys it so so much!
Zacary is more on a schedule for eating now too! He has been eating some veggie and fruit baby food at dinner every evening and seems to be doing pretty good! He has caught on that the spoon goes into his mouth and isn’t too messy about it! I need to work on not freaking out when my kids are dirty- it’s just gunna happen haha but he does good with not getting messy when eating! He really loves applesauce and sweet potatoes! He has some juice with his baby food at dinner that is watered down. He isn't too big of a fan of juice yet and also cereal too! He has cereal mixed in with his formula in the mornings and before bed but I have to mix some baby food with it or he will not eat a bite of it haha! Between all of that he has 4-5 6 oz formula bottles a day! He still is spitting up quite a bit at times when he has formula so I give him one extra bottle a day sometimes (5 bottles instead of 4) since he doesn’t always keep it down! He by all means looks very healthy but still makes me feel better to do that for him since some days he literally pukes up a whole bottle- poor baby :[ It IS getting better tho so that’s so so so good! I am so so thankful the belly aches are no longer in session tho- that was so so so sad :[ (knock on wood pllllllease ha)
Zacary goes to sleep about 9:00pm every night and sleeps somewhere between 6:30am and 7:30am and sometimes after he eats then he may take a small snooze but then sometimes stays awake! He takes one nap a day and that is usually around 1pm to 4pm! He is a very very good sleeper and I am very proud of him for how good he has done on everything!
We have moved Zacary into a big boy car seat! It is so much easier to use and he is SITTING UP all the way now too as of yesterday soooo it makes it tons easier then holding that heavy carrier everywhere we go! He has adjusted to it very well and loves to see Eli even better in the back seat- they talk and make noises and it is so so soooo cute- melts my heart to see those 2 closer and closer as they grow :]
Zacary still has no teefers but we are waiting for them to pop on thru! He has been a drool machine and we just know it is gunna be here soon! He is almost crawling already too- he will see something he wants and get up on his hands and knees and rock back and forth so much and it looks like he is just gunna take off but hasn’t yet! BUT I know it is gunna be soon- just blows my mind!!!! He watches Eli so so much so it does not surprise me one bit- just is unreal he is already getting to this stage already- my baby is not gunna be a baby much longer and I don’t want either one of them to grow up!!!! Zacary is also already starting to hold his own bottle too… my oh my oh my!
I can’t say it enough on how awesome it is to have 2 lil boys so close in age and so loveable and absolutely awesome! I cherish every single second, moment, and day! It is just totally amazing and the best thing ever to me :] The older the boys get the closer they get as I mentioned earlier. Eli is included in everything I do for Zacary and I do believe this is a big factor to why Eli does so awesome with Zacary and also always is such a good lil helper and leads them also to being so close other then the fact their age is very close! It just melts my heart so much and is so wonderful! They always show so much love to Noah and I which I will always know that for sure- but to see a big brother and little brother be so close already is awesome! I have always been best friends with my sister, and Noah has always been with his brother so it is awesome to know my boys are gunna be the same exact way! They will always have each other and always support one another! :]
Eli gets excited when he hears Zacary wake up from nap every single day, he loves to play with him and watch him do new things just like I do too… we sit together and just watch him and talk to him and laugh and laugh- it’s awesome! Eli is also very protective of Zacary- when we go to playgroup he always makes sure Zacary is near me and in sight with me and if any of the kids go near him Eli says “Eli’s brother” or “Eli Mama’s” and tries to pull him away and runs over towards Zacary! I assure him Zacary will be okay and Mommy will keep him safe and he will always be Eli’s brother and that the kids just want to see him and Eli is very good about it but just wants to be sure everytime! It’s absolutely precious! It is also very very good Eli does that if for some scary and unknown reason that a stranger tried getting near Zacary or something! I just love the 2 of them so so so much and how adorable and close they already are- it melts my heart :]
Happy 6 months Zacary Brenden! You are such a sweetheart and so darn precious! I love your smile and just the way your lil hands touches my face and your sweet laugh too! I love to kiss you and hold you and just be with you every single second of everyday! Your Daddy and I are very blessed to have 2 wonderful lil boys to our family- it’s absolutely awesome and amazing- no words can describe how awesome it is to be parents to you 2 cute and great lil boys!!! I just do not want you 2 to ever grow up! Noah says we will just have to keep having babies so I always have a baby at home when the rest go to school and I said “no way jose- 12 kids aren’t gunna help that problem” hahahaha :] LOVE YOU SO SO MUCH ZACARY BRENDEN- you are 1 of 2 of my lil heros and light up my world every single stinkin day! <3
Here is a pic of Zacary at 6 months of course and then also one of him and Eli at both 6 months old- so so so cute! They look like brothers for sure but have their differences too! Somedays I think they look so much a like and some days not as much as others- they def have the same eye color, nose and chin though hehe! They are both so stinkin precious and handsome though if you ask me hehehe :] (I also put them both in the same outfit for their 6 mo pics- too cute huh!?) :]
