Mothers Day 2011 ~
We had a great Mother's Day weekend! Noah had the weekend off work and we went and stayed at an Embassy Suites hotel in Atlanta GA Saturday night and had a blast! It was so relaxing and fun! We tried out the swimming pools there too and the big pools were FREEZING cold so we did not get in those! There was this lil pool though that was warm and the boys LOVED it! It was Zacary's first time swimming and he was kicking his lil feet and splashing water with his hands and smiling so big! He just is a lil fishy and loves water!!! Eli also had a good time too- and was bein so silly and swimmin like a silly fishy haha! I did not get any pics of them in water (I am going to attempt to this Summer at our subdivision pool) -- I just did not want anything happening to my camera so kept it in the room!!
We also went to the mall and ate at the Cheesecake Factory too- which I LOOOOVE that place let me add! We got a big ole piece of Reese Peanut Butter cheesecake and took it back to the hotel room with us and YUMMY! I know I do not need it- but what the hay I did anyway haha :] It was delish!
Yesterday we went to a big breakfast the hotel was having for free and then relaxed and had fun together until we checked out to come home. Check out was at noon- we had our bellies full- so we all were tired when we got home and took naps! Then we hung out at the house all evening playing outside, doing whatever we wanted and Noah cooked burgers and hot dogs on the grill- YUMMY! It was a very fun and relaxing weekend with my lil family- loooooved it and of course I always have so much fun with the 3 of them <3 Noah got me 2 purple lilac bushes as well and the boys made me a poster that had their lil hands on it and a heart and then a piece of yarn that was the size of their hug when their arms are out linked from the heart to their lil hands!!! It was so so so precious and Eli said "made for Mommy!" - melt my heart!!!! Being a Mommy is one of the best things to ever happen to me- I love every single second of it and my 2 precious lil babies are the best!!!! Thanks for the wonderful day Noah, Eli, and Zacary- I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH and I am so lucky to have the 3 of you as my hubby and kiddos- it is theee best ever! My purple lilacs are going to look so so pretty too next year- THANKS BABY :] I will also cherish the art work the boys made me forever for Mother's Day too- the best!! <3
I also want to say Happy Mother's Day again to my Mommy and Mother-in-law too! I sent them some precious gifts and wished them the best day ever even though I wasn't able to be there with them. I also helped Eli make heart magnets and sent them to them as well from the grandkids! :] I can think back to each and every memory with my Mom and some things I do with my kids reminds me of childhood memories with my Mom too! (things we may do outside, what we make for breakfast, places we go, etc) She is not only a great Mommy but also a great friend that is always there! I love it we talk and can laugh and laugh and laugh to this day still and always will!!! Noah's Mom is also a great person as well- will do anything for you and is a sweetie! I am lucky to have a great Mother-in-law like her! <3
I am going to do a post soon on all the stuff I have wrote down on what the boys have done lately- some of them being such a hoot!!!! I am going to post it tomorrow- I need to get better with this blogger stuff haha BUT I will say that I have been writing things down as the boys do them and then when I blog I can bring out the ole notes and go from there :]
