Happy 21 months to my lil guy :] How crazy that in less than 3 months he is going to be 2!!! Makes me want to tear up- time has gone by so fast but I love being a Mommy so much!!! I love every single stinkin second always <3
What is Mr Zacary up to these days!?
Zacary is learning more and more everyday! I am teaching him colors and shapes, and to count 1 2 3 and he is doing very good! Sometimes he says all the colors are pink just to be silly hahaha :] He also loves the book Brown Bear Brown Bear which is getting his colors and animals down too! He can point out all the animals in the back of the book when I ask him where they are :] I am going to keep working on him with this for sure :]
Potty training is in process right now and he is doing pretty good!!! We take trips to the potty with big brother and so far he has peed twice and he tells me when he has to poop and has pooped one time on the potty! he is learning lil by lil which is very goo and I am takin it steps at a time, no pushing him at all! I know he will go all together when he is ready for sure! He grunts and toots everytime he sits on potty haha he thinks he always has to try to poop my sweet boy! He has def shown signs he is ready! He tells me when he has to poop and one day we didn't get to toilet in time before he went and he said "Mommy please change me!" hahahahaha I laughed and laughed -- def a sign he wants to learn to go on potty :] He is also excited to try it out too!!! I am going to continue this the whole month of July and then when we get back from our trip with the Malones at beg of Aug til beg of Oct! If he is not ready still, I am going to freeze it until after Thanksgiving so it is not too much on his plate with his baby sister coming end of Oct/beg of Nov :]
He is good with manners- he will say please and thank you and is so proud of himself when he says it haha! Its adorable if you ask me :] He loves watching Veggie Tales, Mickey Mouse, The Wiggles, Elmo, Happy Feet, Rio, and Finding Nemo! He also loves to color, do any craft, swim, be outside, bath time, snuggle, smile, be so so sweet, and play with playdoh!! He is still in size 5 diapers, wears size 6 in shoes, and is in 2T/3T shirts and 24 month pants! He still has the 12 teeth he had last month too haha and we go to the dentist for the first time next month! Big brother is going for the 2nd time too at the same time :] Until then we do brush the teeth every single morning for sure and he just loves it and thinks it is fun to play with his toothbrush afterwards too haha! Makes me smile! He naps every day for 2.5 hours from 1:30pm ish to 4:00pm ish. Lately he has been kinda fighting it at nap and bed and cries. Eli and I have always layed with him a bit for story and song and then he goes to sleep just fine... but lately he is so sad for us to leave and it breaks my heart. I have learned if I leave his bedroom door open all the way with his night light still on and tell him I am right outside the door and he will be okay -- he is so calm and goes right to sleep! He loves his sleep very much for sure!
Zacary is talking more and more- and I love it so much. He is even starting in on sentences!!! He talks very good for a 21 mo old and it is all b/c he picks up on what Noah, me, and Eli say and just says anything you tell him to say!!! He always says “Mommy” or “Daddy” or "Eli" to get our attention before he wants to tell either one of us what he wants to say! Just so darn sweet for sure :] I just love hearing my name always by my sweet babies!!! Never gets old :] He tells us he loves us too and gives kisses and it is so so cute!!!! I just can't get over how well he talks -- it is soooo adorable! He also sings the Veggie Tale theme song, Wheels on the Bus, Take me Out to the Ballgame, and he tries singing ABC's too and it is so cute! He sings Twinkle Twinkle Little Star too :] He is getting more and more into books and listening to them!! I will post a cute video of him and Eli singing and it just melts my heart!!!!!
Zacary loves to play baseball with big brother and also do anything big brother likes to do and it is soooo cute! They are so close and adorable! They do have their times of disagreements... but all in all they work it out and I work it out with them and they love each other dearly! It melts my heart to see the great brothers and friends they are! On a normal basis, Zacary is up before Eli everyday, and then I lay down Eli a lil bit after Zacary so Zacary is also up a lil bit from nap before Eli too and within 20 min of being up he says "let's go get Eli -- Eli sleepin -- let's wake him up!" It is sooooo cute! The other morning he went and woke him up! He was too fast for Mommy and Daddy to catch him :] Love watching my sweet baby boys together and doing everything in the world with them -- they are the best and my lil heros!! Zacary def knows about Kylee too -- he loves her room and says baby and when I ask what is in Mommy's belly he says baby too :] Eli is so excited and asks soooo many ?s about her! He says her room is pretty and he loves the pink and her clothes and is always asking me how big she is, when she will be here, and what she likes to eat hehe :] They are awesome big brothers! They also love to pick out stuff for her soooo sweet!!!
Zacary is getting good with picking up toys when we ask him to help clean up with big brother -- I still help here and there but for the most part -- they do a great job! We all have our lazy days of cleaning up -- so they do have those days sometimes haha but they do a good job for the most part :]
Zacary is all around a very great boy and sooooo very funny (he is always so hilarious and makes us laugh so much)and I am so very proud of him. Like every kid- we have our moments of doing “no no’s” ha but he is a very sweet boy and always makes up for it when it even happens! He is one animal lover too :] My babies' smiles means the world to me, and every lil sweet thing they do just melts my heart. They are very loving and smart and I am so proud to be their Mommy for sure! I will forever do everything I can for them and that will never ever change! I love them dearly and each and every single second of my life. I love getting him up every single morning and spending the whole day together. Life is so sweet and so great- I couldn’t ask for anything better then what I am blessed with for sure. Mommy will always love you so much my lil guy! Never ever forget it for one minute. I pray so much our relationship is as strong as it is now forever!!!! I cherish every single moment with you and big brother and thank you both so much for making my days and for always making me smile and for the great friendships we have too -- I pray and pray me and my babies are this way forever! I LOVE YOU!!!
