The grand opening for the store was absolutely AMAZING! You would not believe all the people that were there waiting in line- it was so awesome to see so much support! There were about 300 people outside, with the first person coming to wait for the store to open at 8:45am! The store opened at 10am- the whole Zehr family cut the ribbon together and from that moment on- the store was over flowing by people! It was such a great day for every single one of us in the family, and Eli was such a good baby! I took him home with me for a little bit- but other then that- we were all up at the store all day and then went and got dinner afterwards! It was such a fun and amazing day! If you get the chance- please stop by the store for sure and check it out and not to mention- don't be afraid to buy some groceries :] Yay for Mackinaw IGA- such a terrible day when we all stood together as a family and watched the store burn to the ground... but what a blessing it is for what Brett now has as a store! He is truly so amazing and caring that would do anything for anyone and definitely got what he deserved for sure! So happy the store is open- we missed it soooo much!!! I'm seriously so excited to go grocery shopping now!!! :]
Also- there is also a Kodak Kiosk (spelling?) where you can print out your pictures off your camera like at Wal-Mart, and you can also rent DVD's and movies to watch as well! There are now 4 registers, 1 of them being an express lane! The deli is SO big and has a sit down area with Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV- so so so nice! :]

*This is a pic that we made an 8 by 10 of for Grandpa Brett and we framed it for him to put in his new office! I made this onesie online- it says Grand Opening Sept 2009 on the front with the IGA logo (as you can see ha) and then the back said Elijah eeek* :]
