1. Today is the day that my Papa passed on 5 years ago. Makes me a very sad girl. I know so much he is lookin down on us all from Heaven and smiling at us. That is all he was- full of smiles and loving memories! I will never forget the last night I spent with my Papa. I stood by his bed side with my hand in his as he talked to me. How he told me how proud he was of me, how was proud to be the Papa he was able to be to all us grandkids, and how he loved Noah, as a matter of fact- he loved Noah so much he told me right then and there that if I did not marry him, he would kick my butt!!! It's hard to believe that in the 5 years since he has passed on we have been married for 3.5 of those years, and have 2 babies! I would give anything I could to have one more day with him- just so he can see us all, I can see him, spend time with us, see the boys... ahhhh break my heart. But then it would just leave me wishing for more days with him. AND we have everyday with him- he is still RIGHT above us smiling down! I love love love you Papa! Not a day goes by that I don't think of you and your cheerful face full of smiles... your memories are forever with me! In honor of you and your great self- I had the boys wear Cardinals apparel today! I can honestly say I do believe my Papa was thee biggest Cardinals fan ever!!!!
2. My beautiful lil niece Jasmine Marie is 1 today!!! Awwww :] I can't believe she is already 1- my goodness!!! I will never forget the way earrrrrly morning Brett called me and woke me to tell me Marlana's water broke! Noah was at his job interview down here in GA for the job he now has and made it home in time that night to see Jasmine too :] We all stood in the waiting room of the hospital waiting for her to be born and then heard the baby noise saying she was here! She is what made me an aunt for the first time- and boy do I love it!!! Noah, the boys, and I gave my Dad money to make her a toy box for her birthday with her name on it in PINK :] Happy birthday sweet baby girl- we send you all our hugs and kisses! :] When I told Eli and Zacary it was baby Jasmine's birthday Eli said "oooooo cake Jasmine" and wants cake for her awwww! So we will hafta get cake tonight when we go out to dinner for Jasmine :]
3. Noah and I have been together for 7 years today! I know this is not a wedding anniversary or anything ha- but it is still very special to me :] Life was not at a great spot for me at the time I met Noah. He instantly turned that around for me and picked me back up to my feet! From the first day I have met him and on- he has shown me so so much in life and I would never ever be the person I am today without him! I'd be absolutely NOTHING without him and I am a very lucky girl to have him as my hubby :] I love him more than any words can explain and I am so very proud of him- he does so so much for me and the boys and I am soooo blessed and thankful for every single bit of it. He is a wonderful hubby I love so so much!!! Thank you so much for all you do for me babe and for everything you have blessed me with in my life- esp you and our wonderful 2 sweet babies! I LOVE YOU <3<3<3<3 7 years down and many many more to come! :] I love looking back to our memories and can't wait for the many memories we will have together <3
