Zacary is pretty much up to the same ole stuff as last month! He seems to be talking more and more these days and it is so cute! He is picking up more on words and it just amazes me he is at this age already and how well he talks... reminds me so much of when Eli was this age awww! He says the usual words he has been saying and now is saying, such as Mama, calls me Mommy at times too awww, Dada and Daddy, Eli, dog, duck, quack quack, moooo, cat, open, up, all gone, all done, baseball, football, duck, baba, rooooooooar and now he is also saying: Elmo, apple, candy, color, drink, milk, ball, Benny, Bo, Belle, Jasmine, and Zach! He is starting to be able to have more convos with us too, which I of course remember so much with Eli too!!! I now officially have 2 talking toddlers and it is sooo cute and sooooo much fun :] I love every stinkin second with my precious babies! It’s so crazy how much he learns and how big he is getting! I just will never get over it. It’s so amazing to me. He knows family by their names and we are working on saying their names for him and so far he says Jasmine, Zach, and Buddy which is my Mom and Dad’s bird hahahaha!!! Makes me laugh so much! He knows all the rooms in our house as well and can also touch his head, eyes, ears, nose, belly, foot, mouth, etc when you ask him where they are :] Soooo stinkin smart and I am so so proud!
He is doing good in his crib but all of a sudden is having some iffy nights. This is b/c he wants lots of room and hits a body part and it hurts him awww poor baby! This morning he woke up so sad and I ran in his room to see he hit his nose and it was bleeding! Poor lil boy!!! So we are prolly gunna be putting him into a toddler bed soon! We put Eli in his toddler bed between 17 and 18 mo and he did great!!!! I think the younger they are the better they adjust… so we will try this with Zacary too… especially since he is ready I’d say since he is getting to the stage Eli did!! Both of my babies are such great sleepers!!!! So we may be switching over sometime in March!! It is so hard on me though b/c then I will have 2 babies and not one of them in a crib…. Ahhhhh times flies by too fast! This is so hard on this Mama!!
Zacary is also getting smart with the potty too! He has gone poop on potty once and tried to again today! I am sure he picks up a lot on the potty from Eli too -- he is always so excited when we take trips to the potty haha so funny and cute! He knows what the potty is and is excited to be around it!! I think he is too young to train now as we learned with Eli at this age but we will try sometime in May prolly! We will take it step by step – just like we did with Eli! No stress, no skin off the back if it doesn’t work, and it will all work out great when it is meant to!!! I am so proud of how he knows the potty though awww! Today when he woke up from nap he acted like he had to number 2 and so I asked him if he had to poopy and he said yeah! I asked him if he wanted to go on the potty and he said yeaaaah and grabbed my hand and took me to the potty! He went in diaper before we got to potty but he still wanted to sit up there and was sooo proud and I am very very proud too!!!! Then afterwards I kept complementing him and he kept going to the potty and clapping and smiling awwww! Eli was so proud of him when he heard this story after he woke up!!! So stinkin cute and adorable! I am in no rush though… it will happen when it should happen and I always want my babies to adjust the best they can! It’s one great thing to always put first for them with adjusting good as they grow!!!
Zacary still love love LOVES Elmo, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and Barney and also loves to dance and it is hilarious to see him dance!!!! He loves to say Dada and Mama and point us out to anyone- it melts my heart. He loves his big brother too and it melts my heart every single time he says Eli!!! I just LOVE it!!! Today we had to run to Target and he wanted to show Eli something and said “loooook Eli awwww just melts me! Then every night before he goes to sleep they tell each other goodnight and it is just one of the sweetest things ever! They are both at the age now to love to hold hands and walk too awwww LOVE LOVE!!! :] He is becoming more independent the older he gets, but still needs and wants his Mama and Dada too- which of course is so special :] I hope this lasts forever :](I will say that for both my babies forever hehehe they are my best lil buds ever) Zacary is one brave soul too! He will try anything out!!! Eli feeds off him and lets Zacary do things first and then he will haha! Like if we go to the playland Zacary will go right on up with Eli behind him awwww so cute and makes me smile! He sees his big brother do everything and wants to be just like him of course :] He is wearing 18 mo/24 mo clothes, size 6 shoes- and weighs 28 lbs. (clothing size, shoe size, and weight is all the same Eli was at his age soooo cool) – He has 10 teeth and 1 more coming in!!! He wears size 4 diapers and takes 2.5 hour nap everyday! He goes to bed around 8:30pm and sleeps til bout 7 or 730am in morning!
Zacary has his 18 mo appt in Apr and we will see then how much he has grown and his weight! I am also going to take his 18 mo pics with Eli at the end of Mar sometime!!! It is so hard to believe he is almost a year and a half! Soooo crazy! And that Eli is over 3 – my oh myyyy!
He love love LOVES to be outside, hates things to be on his hands just like his big brother, loves to color, snuggle, his big frog pillow and blankets in his bed, watch the Wiggles and the Chipmunks, go to library classes, climb up on furniture all by himself, loves stuffed animals and any living animal, play with all his toys in his room, running around, anything Cars, anything art and craft we do, balloons, eating, loves his sleep, giving kisses and hugs, showing us what he has done and is so proud of himself, books, riding in the race car carts with big brother at the grocery store, playing in playlands, and talking!!! He is such a fun lil guy that I adore so much <3
Mommy, Daddy, and Eli love you so so so much lil guy- and are very proud of you!!!! You’re a great lil boy!
We have had 3 trips to Dr in 6 days for my lil guy too :[:[ Thursday we found out he has lil blisters on his ear drum that can come instead of infection so got ear drops… then yesterday he came down with double ear infection so we got stronger meds… then today he came down with pink eye so we have meds for that! My poor poor baby boy I feel soooo bad! He has been such a trooper tho and so tough and such a happy lil guy like always! We have gave him extra loving and made fun times out of it to make him feel better!!! Eli plays Dr and helps him feel better and says “Mommy once he eats he will feel so much better I bet” awwww such a sweetheart always lookin out for his baby brother!!!! I pray he gets better so so soon!! We are getting fresh air outside at home tomorrow to help sicknesses go away! I got stuff to make homemade bubbles and chalk and it will be fun :]:] Can’t wait!!! I pray we all stay healthy and my lil Zacary Brenden is better oh so soon!!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!
Tonight Eli also said to me "Mommy you are so nice to us... you take care of us and play with our toys with us" awww it made me tear up! How sweet is that!?!? My babies are the absolute best!!!! <3
