Zacary weighs 12 lbs 9 oz and is 23.5 inches long! He is in the 75th percentile for his weight!! The Dr also looked into his belly ache problem more too and it seems that the switch to the Soy formula that is for sensitive bellies is working wonderful!!! We are gunna keep that up and then I am also to give him some gas meds more often too- and so far it has helped even more! So thankful for this- I was reallllllly sad for my lil guy! Glad we fixed the problem before it went on too long tho- I am very thankful for that and to see my lil guy happy happy happy :]
Zacary goes back to the Dr in 2 months, when Eli will also go for his 2 yr check up! That means they will both have to get shots at the same time- ouch that hurts this Mama's heart so much :[ Zacary also had his first set of shots today at 2 months and it broke my heart to pieces so much :[ He didn't do as bad as I thought he would though- he barely even cried. That helped me out a ton but I hate hate hate shots- they are pure brudal and get worse the older they get!!!! I held his lil hand and comforted him as much as I could- just breaks me in 2. My poor babies :[ I wish they could just crunch the meds up and put it in their formula instead of hurting them over it all ha! Zacary is such a sweet lil guy- I just love him so much! Eli was also 12 lbs 8 oz and 23 3/4 inches long when he was 2 months old- so so so weird how close they were in size even though Zacary was born bigger! I am very blessed for such happy and healthy lil boys- they are my world and I can't express the love I have for them enough <3<3 Thanks for always making this Mama's heart so happy my lil men <3
So while I am at it- how was your Turkey Day? Ours was wonderful- we had a good time in Illinois and seeing our family and some of our friends! We relaxed and just had a great time so much. Both of the boys did absolutely wonderful with flying to Illinois and on the way back to GA too! I was so so proud of them! I think I complained more than the 2 of them did hahaha! We stayed at my parents' house Weds n Sat night and Noah's rents' house Thurs n Fri night so it worked out great to split up the time! Eli had pretty much no nap the whole weekend so was a very tired boy as the weekend went on... I felt terrible for him but he just wasn't at home so it wasn't something he was comfy with. He did ask me to lay down for nap with him on Fri afternoon which was so good for him to get some sleep in poor buddys! I layed with him and it was just a nice time for my family to relax! We went to my bestest friend's baby shower on Saturday afternoon and Laura West also took some pics of the 4 of us Saturday morning that turned out sooooo good!!!! (Eli was so not into the pic taking at first hahaha so we had to bribe him with M&M's hehe but we still had a grand ole time and it was sooooo good to see Laura! Sure missed Keller though... maybe next time!) We love them so much and can't thank her enough for these- YOU DID AWESOME!!!! :] Rememeber to look for your gift in the mail for doing this for us girl :] I will attach the pics at the end of this post :]
Saturday night Noah and I went out with my rents, my sister, Noah's bro Zach and sister Emily, and some friends and cousins. We decided to go out close to when the boys were going to bed (bc if you know me- I miss my boys way too fast and wanted them to be okay when we left. I know they were with my Grams and I totally trust her and know she loves it and is good with them- just the Mama I am) :] But anyway- Eli fell asleep like 20 min after we left and Zacary was close behind but when we left Eli bawled and bawled when I told him bye and gave him kisses and said to have fun with Grams. He was so sad that I wasn't going to go but everyone pretty much dragged me to the car. It was good for us to go out and all but I hated he was so sad. He is not used to me leaving him ever... but I promised him I would be back and always will whenever I go anywhere in his life! I made sure he was calmed down before I left in the car- I just will not leave if my babies are sad... break my heart. We had a good good time though going out- and Grams said she had fun even though the boys weren't up long and Eli calmed down good for her!
I am very thankful for my wonderful family and friends. I am thankful for the awesome life I have that I am in love with. I love my hubby and 2 lil boys and I so so thankful for them every single day! I am one lucky girl for sure and so so so blessed... <3 We head back to IL for Christmas! We are driving this time and splitting up the driving! 1 reason is bc of our Christmas gifts and the other reason is for my bestest friend Melinda with having her sweet baby boy Lane who is due Dec 27th! I can't wait to meet that lil fella woot!!!!! :] The 4 of us are having our fam Christmas Dec 19th since the boys are young and won't know and we can get our time in for our "Christmas morning" together since we will be in IL on actual Christmas morning! It will be sooooo much fun I can't wait- and then we are going to Mickey Mouse live that afternoon of the 19th too :] I am so stinkin excited woot!!! :]
So exciting to know Christmas parades and parties are coming up too for us- I just love this time of year!!! I have a couple people to go and I am DONEZO with my shopping woot woot :]
Another funny thing: when we got home from IL and the airport on Sunday we were walkin into the house from the garage and I sad "Eli we are home" and he said "OH MY GOSH" and clapped his hands- soooo cute how excited he was to be home :] He is so stinkin funny and sweet- making me laugh all the time. I get the biggest kick out of how he is all about tickling me and running to me with the cutest lil laughs and smiles ever- just love my life and my lil family so much <3
