On a side note- Eli is doing pretty good with potty training. We are purposely taking small steps to get there so it isn't too much on his plate at once! He no longer likes to wear diapers except at bed time. If he has a diaper on during the day- he tries to rip it off haha! So pull-ups it is my friends! He is better about letting me know when he has to poop then pee- but that is okay we are doing great! I am being very patient, and he is too and it is wonderful! We will definitely get there soon for sure!
Eli also got a hair trim this week since we go about every 5 weeks or so! When it gets too long it drives me nuts ha! Well this time the lady cut it too short. She asked me about clippers and I said normally we just use the clippers in the back and after I said that- BAM she took the clippers down he middle of his head! WOAH BUDDY! I think it is still so cute on him but it makes him look so much older and that makes me sad. The same day someone asked me if he was 3... oh no my friend- not even 2 yet :] I know kids all grow up but I've had a hard time with it lately! He no longer likes diapers and pull-ups instead, and he doesn't want milk in a sippy before bed anymore too. Just growing up too fast. It is all good things going on for him- just havin a hard time bout it ha listen to sappy ole me! BUT no matter what- him and Zacary will forever be my lil babies no matter how old they are!!!! :]
Zacary is growing like a weed too my friends! He is 7 weeks old today and my goodness- the other day he woke up and I said "WOAH BUDDY- you look 2 months older today!" (He is sleeping on my chest as I type this hehe love it) :] He is now smiling more and more and starting to coo while moving the arms a ton too! Not to mention- the older he gets the more he looks like Eli- it's sooo crazy how much they look a like!!!!!! I just love him so much just like I do his big brother- they are both so so wonderful to me!!! Watching the 2 boys grow together already melts my heart so much <3 I am so happy they have each other by their sides forever!!! We go at the end of the month for Zacary's 2 month shots booooo. I am anxious to see how much he weighs etc b/c he is wearing 3 mo and some 3-6 mo clothes already! He is also doing so good with the bumbo seat too as you see in the video! STOP GROWING LIL GUY <3
So have you started Christmas shopping? You see- I have. I am a HUGE Christmas girl! I get bored when the boys are sleeping so Christmas shopping is what I do allll online and it rocks! I find the best deals and shipping costs and WABAM- there it is my friend! I literally have Noah and the boys done! Noah and I have discussed what we want to get the boys and I did it all online... the UPS man prolly hates me for as many packages that he has to deliver to our house hahaha but hey- it's easy to shop online and you don't have to fight the crowds! Not to mention it's so easy to do in my free time when the boys are asleep and less of a long day on them to be shopping all day for people ya know? I have so many people done... call me crazy but I'm just a huge fan of Christmas and get excited for it every year right after Halloween! We are putting our tree up this Sunday too ha! I want to have my house decorated and the tree up before we leave for IL on the 24th and before all the packing this Mama will hafta do :]
My husband is the best in the world! We discussed here lately that I want to find a kid to babysit here soon or something and all the money I get will go to the car because we want to pay it off and get an SUV sometime! Well I found this 3rd shift part-time (10pm-3am) job hiring at Babies R Us to be an after hours stock person when the store is not open and it is part-time up to 20 hours a week and I wouldn't miss out on any time with Noah and the boys since they would all be sleeping... so I told Noah all about it. He says "Jess you can do that if you want, but I don't want you to work." I said "don't we wunna pay the car off though?" He says "It is more important for me to see you not work then to pay off the car... we like the car and don't need to get rid of it yet anyway and your job is for how awesome you do with our boys!" MAKE ME SMILE FROM EAR TO EAR! That was so darn sweet of him! A girl needs to hear those things from time to time. Don't get me wrong- Noah lets me know he loves me all the time- but it's been busy lately for him and so it just made my entire week to hear him say that to me. Being a stay-at-home Mommy is by far the best thing for me to ever do for sure... and hearing him say that and showing me he appreciates it too means the absolute world to me- I love you my dear!!!
Every small thing in the world means so much to me. Noah saying that to me, telling me he loves me, and me saying it back to him of course means so much! Me getting so excited to see him after work everyday and giving him a big ole hug just like I did when we were dating... it's all so wonderful! Seeing Noah "wrestle" with Eli and hearing their laughs, Hearing Noah talk to Zacary so sweet, Seeing Zacary smile at me and get excited to see me, and then lil Eli coming up to me and giving me a huge hug and kiss or just saying "Mama" and waving to me :] I love my life every step of the way- it's absolutely amazing!!!! I love it love it love it and can't wait for many more memories with my family to cherish forever <3
PS- we got the boys tickets to see Mickey Mouse live in Atlanta, GA for part of their Christmas! We go Dec 19th at 3pm and I am stoked!!!! That same morning we are doing our family Christmas the 4 of us in the morning since we leave for IL Dec 23rd and come home the 29th! It will be such a good ole time.. I'm like a lil kid too and CAN'T WAIT!!!! :]
PPS - So I want this Nikon camera my best friend Melinda has and it is a $500 camera. I guess I can keep dreaming on getting it ever haha but my camera is taking a big ole crap on me and so I have been using my phone camera. A picture is a picture- but this camera would make my day haha! Maybe someday!?!? Oh how in love I am with it tho :]
